You got it backwards. Now people dont have an outlet. I dont get horny because of porn. I watch porn when Im horny. Also, pedophiles have an outlet when they have access to hentai. Not access would probably cause them to act out in their desires. Like I said, they have done studies on this. And apparently, it showed they more porn = less sex crimes. Again, there werent studies on what happens when they take it away. But the more likely scenario is it would increase those crimes instead...
