This would increase sexual assault so much, Jesus.

Yeah. In another thread about a year or so ago, we saw studies that showed how sexual crimes lowered when prom became easily accessible...

Why are people this heavily against porn? Nobody is hurting anything by watching it, what people do with their bodies in their own homes is their business and their business only.

Unless its child porn, then there might be a problem.

Some people make everything their problem. Like when people have something. Against gay people even when it doesnt taste affect them. Or care when people have premarital sex or whatever...

Out of my cold dead hands.

They would probably try to kill if it would help their cause, tbh...

If it does have an effect on reducing the amount of abuse out there, then Im ok with it

No matter what they do its not like its gonna be difficult to find porn on the internet

It wont. If anything, the rate of abuse will probably go up. But yeah, porns not going anywhere. Like when they tried to ban alcohol...

Meh. OF continues to explode (even actual celebs like Tyga in there now). So good luck doing away with porn. Studios were already on their way out anyways and subscription sites taking over from hosters like PH.

I think even with the rules, the bigger porn studios will still be able to do stuff. I think it mostly affect smaller studios and amateur. And even then, I dont think itll get rid of all of it...

I doubt that. Anyone willing to commit sexual assault was going to before this anyways. That's the same logic as "violent video games make people murderers." No, they don't. The murderers were already fucked up.

I mean, maybe. Right now, they have an outlet. If porn becomes hard to access, then he loses the outlet. The studies only showed how making porn easily accessible lower sex crime rates. But there wasnt a study to see if it rose after taking it away. So, while I cant say itll go up for sure, it seems likely...

The concern that some of the videos aren't consenting adults.

A very small percentage. But the people doing this dont actually care about that. They are trying to get rid of porn fully because they dont like it when people like something they dont like...
