Feels like we could have had multiple bills completed if it wasnt for deciding on businesses and the rest. this forces the parties to work together to both get what they wanted. Why not put them together? If one bill just had business stuff and then it passed what if the republicans shot down relief for citizens? This ensures each party gets what their voters want.
