The pay is shit for the amount of work I do and for how long Ive been doing it. The customers suck. Management sucks. The commute sucks (because as a full time employee they can send you to whatever store in the chain they want to, so instead of working fifteen minutes away from home, I get to work forty minutes away ) It does have good benefits though, and our union offers a free college program for an Associates (which I took advantage of and just finished).
