I agree that inexorbinant tax rates are bad, but fuck me the USA's tax rates don't remotely come close to the taxman levels that the UK used to have plus there are loads of loopholes to easily lower burdens. Not to mention that the top 1% has earned such a windfall these past four years that there's really no way for Biden and Pelosi to put a dent in that even if they went fullblown actual socialist.
