There are a number of things to be concerned about, but that's kind of the default state. If nothing happens, history marches on, and we can look back and see a lot of marching on happening. Even if something happens, it will only be important for most people if it happens in one's area, elsewise life will continue oblivious to whatever the issue was.

There is a lot of cause for pessimism and optimism in the future, it will mostly come down to if certain technologies can properly take off before we cross some point of no return. Some say that point is already crossed, some suggest it is generations to come. Wherever the problems and solutions lay, humans will continue to engage in self-centered and selfless behavior in the ongoing struggle to survive we call life.

I sure hope a rock doesn't fall on us tomorrow and mess everything up.
