I suddenly found myself sitting on the floor, leaning against the wall. and my head was bleeding. I think maybe I got dizzy, I have a history of getting light headed suddenly if I wake up too fast. and then I wonder if I started to fall and smacked my head on a chair going down which knocked me out.
