Topic	It's not just renters. Landlords are struggling, too

Just freezing rent and evictions is a horrible way to do it and overly burdens landlords. That should have come with actually giving something to the landlords who have to deal with that burden, but they're instead left high and dry as far as I've seen. Pretty much. There's a lot of other small costs that pile up quickly.
