Topic	It's not just renters. Landlords are struggling, too

I think it's at least 40% (probably more) of U.S citizens who rent. That's one hell of a homeless situation that's going to happen if all landlords decide to call it quits all at once. The people trying to get rid of landlords are only doing that as a step towards either government seizure/redistribution or a housing market collapse to make homes cheaper.
