In my previous experience, two weeks notice means two weeks of getting fucked around, so I don't bother with it anymore, so if you're gonna do that, just do it. You haven't found the loophole here, you're just making things more complicated for yourself. And if you really hate the people you work with that much, they probably feel the same way about you and you won't get hired back there anyway.
