If they had no other online presence whatsoever beyond the videos then no you wouldn't have any confirmation of consent.

But people who were obviously part of the community at the time, themselves, yet have left it by now are a thing. A few creators I've followed just plain outgrew porn and went off to live their life, only leaving the vids up out of kindness/apathy, but otherwise involving themselves no further with the platform. Just sucks that said content is falling into a void without warning.
