Appreciate it. I do. I walk and talk with enough confidence where it matters to me. I know enough, but there's always more. It's mostly just entertaining to learn yourself.

I can tell you one my most used methods. First, I find a common habit of those around me and then I look at myself and question if I also have that habit. Rather it's flattering or not, it's usually not. But it's easy to immediately accept because while you accept your fault, you also are doing it through realizing you're hardly alone with that fault.
