Topic	Cyberpunk 2077 feels like the most Development Hell game I've ever played
Darmik 12/11/20 7:21:34 PM #22:	It seems like the game has no real AI outside of combat in general. Pedestrians will usually just waive their arms and stay in place if you start shooting. If your buddy in a story mission has a car in his path when walking he'll just walk though it.
