Topic	Video game maps don't need to be bigger to be better.

Missions are spread pretty widely (could be a tad better) so you get to see a great variety. You can learn the ins and outs of the city like the back of your hand. It doesn't take 15 minutes to get from one end to the other (which I don't always mind in other open worlds).
