However, I and my coworker, responsible for 6 buildings worth of tech, both take your approach of solve the problem, think about the deeper issues after functionality is restored, and it saves a lot of time. I'll go to bed with the issue of "How is this happening??" and solve it in my sleep or randomly at breakfast the next day most of the time. --- Ohhh. I don't know what to do.
