If it's an earlier model or a bundle, they're worth a lot. If they're later models, not so much.

The thing about DCs are they're cheap, extremely easy to fix, and these days most people gut the GD-ROM drive out of them and replace them with SD card solutions. If you're a collector or a Sega enthusiast, you wouldn't really want to pay that much for a later model.
This. Even if you decide to keep the disc drive it's easy to replace the laser when it goes bad. That's the main component that fails in the system.

Most Dreamcast systems I see go for about $50.
