Topic	Used dreamcast(cheaper) or refurbished(costs more)?

If it's an earlier model or a bundle, they're worth a lot. If they're later models, not so much. The thing about DCs are they're cheap, extremely easy to fix, and these days most people gut the GD-ROM drive out of them and replace them with SD card solutions.
