Again it's not an empty threat. Your "threat" was to try and get other people to scam him, and it wasn't even a threat because you did exactly that. If no one wants him, he gets scammed and it's because of you.

You aren't processing that you don't know what an empty threat means. If it was an empty threat, you would personally tell him you were going to scam him and then not follow through. This isn't that. You literally told other people to scam him and gave them his information. At that point it's out of your hands. You not really wanting him to get scammed doesn't matter because you gave the internet everything they needed to do so.

Also for it to be a threat you have to threaten him, which you didn't do. You acted in secret, which is a conspiracy.
