And even that there are better ways to be healthy. People are born with all sorts of disfunctions because of the sins that came before or things done to them by bad people. Medicating takes the edge off sometimes so people can function without pain. If these medications were actually healing cells without all the adverse side effects that would be one thing, and some of them do with the right dose. But even still your body builds immune systems on it's own through exposure.
