I honestly can't say what I'd do in that position, but from an outsider's perspective, I don't think I'd allow it to continue, at least so far as my own actions could impede his. I'll consider it but guys like him seem confident in making a fortune and successfully buying their freedom even after being marked as a murderer. (Not a pun he boasted he's the modern Cain). the thread titled: "Every person joker kills is on batman becauae he refuses to kill the psycho" coincides with the idea that somebody should be the person to stop him. But not even the family members of his victims have stepped forward. Probably for a good reason. I'm no batman. I am good at martial arts; but I rewatched mask of the phantasm recently, and when batman wore a ski mask to fight armed thugs I thought "nope". --- The stress that came w being Christian playing survival chess w satanic gangsters had me snap on strangers here online if youre reading this I apologize/love ya ...
