So... what the fuck. I was sitting here and I saw out of the corner of my eye an orange ball of light back near the tree line going into the woods. I went out with a flashlight, one of those super powerful ones people use to hunt animals at night, and still saw it heading deeper into the woods, probably like 10 feet in. I hit it with the flood light, the light disappeared, I got to where it was within 20 seconds and nothing. Like nothing at all. No noise, there's dry leaves on the ground everywhere so I would have heard someone running away if it was a person.

I can't devise any logical explanation for what I just saw, it's kind of baffling me and I can't begin to make any kind of logic of it. It looked like about the size of a softball, and it wasn't creating light around it, like it wasn't shining on the ground or the trees.
