I can't find anything in the Wiki article to suggest that the purpose of the tests was to determine its effects on Aboriginal people. The minor trials (1953-63) -- "Kitten", "Tim", "Rat", "Vixen" -- were to test neutron initiator design, weapon core compression by shockwaves, and safety in event of fire or a crash.

There's no mention of any examinations being carried out on Aboriginal people in the aftermath of the tests -- in fact it appears that the only tests that were carried out on living beings were by the AWTSC to study the concentrations of iodine-131 in the thyroids of sheep and cattle.

So, what exactly are the grounds for the accusation in the topic title that Aborigines were targets of the tests?
