If we're talking canon... Book of Genesis is a patchwork of different texts from different sources. It's the reason there's two creation stories and the idea of Lilith came out of that.

Something I found interesting is that Genesis has an identical verse that completely plagiarizes whoever wrote Book of Enoch.

And it hard to imagine it's the other way around because that section is lacking in detail, almost as if its referencing a familiar story from the period. Never mind the Epic of GIlgamesh and Prometheus myth.

And yeah, I always found it weird how Cain's unnamed wife popped into existence. Was that his sister or...? Book of Jubilee's actually named her and bothered to mention they Eve gave birth to her.
