They're trying to allege voter fraud that also keeps the percentage of votes for each candidate the same as it would have been without the fraud because...???? No, they're saying that sometimes people make mistakes in submitting a mail ballot, like forgetting to sign or something. And that they expect the rate for such mistakes to be approximately the same across Trump and Biden voters. I'm not sure if they are or aren't alleging fraud in addition - they keep saying different things.
