South Park and Bob's Burgers Both of those are also excellent shows, so I have to admit I can't quite guess why you would hate American Dad so strongly while also liking these other shows. Bob's burgers is really grounded, so at first I thought maybe you didn't like the absurd nature of most American Dad plot lines, but South Park gets just as weird so it can't be that. American dad, especially early on, does its fair share of moralizing but Bob's Burgers can fall victim to that too. What about American Dad repulses you so much, if you don't mind taking the time?
