Took insurance info, sent pictures (of literal scratches on plastic) immediately to my insurance company, and about a month later I got a call from my insurance asking for specifics because the other driver was claiming emotional distress, and when I explained it my agent laughed out loud, said shed take care of it, and it seemed to go away. My insurance didnt even go up, thankfully. really? i kinda had that happen.
