Topic	Why do people gotta jog on busy roads?

Yet for some reason, cyclists love using this road. One, two, or sometimes even a group of cyclists take that road uphill, then slow down tremendously as they go up it for half a mile. Meanwhile, I'm in my car slowly pacing behind them. I can't pass them on the second oncoming lane, because the hill obstructs any potential oncoming traffic, so it's possible someone could suddenly pop in and hit me.
