No. Those are the vote results. It is just that the constitution doesn't require the president to be elected in a democratic way(i.e. a state could decide to not have a presidential election and select their electors in a different way). Every state has however decided to have their electors chosen by votes. As long as they don't throw away their own rules, the electoral slate for each state will have been picked by the party that won the state(or in Maine and Nebraska parties that won state and districts). Each party is going to be picking people who are very likely to vote for the candidate of the party who picked them and some states have laws against faithless electors.

For a change from what we have that would be significant enough to change the results, we would need state legislators to throw away democracy, Trump to actually manage to come up with evidence and win big court cases, or the state branch of the parties to be very much in disagreement with the national branch and so they selected electors who'd vote for a different candidate.
