Weed legalization is going to have bipartisan support once people are properly informed of how much money in brings in.

And yes, you do double dip a bit because it leads to an increase in driving citations.

(We need stiffer penalties for impaired driving, because as know in the current system people just do it again)

Conservatism still has the religious right wing who are widely against it. They'd risk losing them, so I don't buy this as easily.
