He controls his own animators and creator on top of being capable of killing the narrator (as far as I know Bugs never went THAT far). With such meta shenanigans he could just control the audience and go "Bugs losing in a horrific way is funnier." Looney Tunes is also canon in Villainous so he'd actually be aware of Bugs hax on a meta level. He can also casually tear open rifts into other dimensions and universes he can just chuck people into.
