SC doesn't make the laws. they just say if the laws made are constitutional or not. so is the senate going to vote and say "Trump is president for life" and them going "YUP VERY LEGAL AND VERY COOL". no one would give a shit about what they say moving forward. --- For the mixed race babies! ...
