I do think they should be allowed to vote again given circumstances are drastically different, but the current government has no desire to let that happen. Whether or not the desire to let it happens is there means nothing. If the Scots want to they can make it happen. They can protest, they can riot, they can shut the economy down with general strikes. They can force their own parliament to demand it.
