Topic	I need job advice

From what I've heard you don't necessarily need to fit the requirements when it comes to programming. I passed the C++ C# and .Net Framework LinkedIn Assessments. A lot of those I guessed because they were complicated and I only had 1:30 minutes for each question. I hate time limits. Do they think people who contemplate things don't deserve to pass? But hey, top 15% in .Net. I guess that's pretty cool? Maybe I should go for a certification. For fun if no other reason.
