Unless he tries to pardon himself, which it's pretty unclear if he can even do that, but if he doesn't he's gonna need ol' Sleepy Joe on his side once SDNY comes knocking on charges of tax fraud, and probably even Obstruction charges via the Mueller Report. They're still pissed he got involved with that Berman firing thing, typically they're given free reign to do their own thing regardless of the current president and AG.
