Medicinal Mississippi South Dakota Recreational Arizona Montana New Jersey South Dakota (it legalized Medicinal & Recreational at the same time) The country's getting greener with every election, and I have to presume that SOME President will face reality and push for decriminalization at the Federal level soon. Can anyone educate me on how that process would work?
