On one hand, I don't expect the GOP to be as reluctant to put together a relief bill after the election as they are now, since there's no longer the same pressure to make themselves look good for the election (by 2024, presumably more recent things will weigh more heavily in people's minds). On the other hand, though, they've proven themselves to be a bunch of petulant crybabies on so many countless occasions that it wouldn't surprise me if they categorically block whatever Biden's administration proposes out of sheer spite. Any relief bill they agree to will almost assuredly have a bunch of corporate bail out funds that will be taken advantage of and never be paid back. Or unnecessary military funding.
