I question the whole premise of Biden winning big with independents, but it doesn't look like Trump can afford to lose big there. Trump winning Florida by less than 1% also would not inspire confidence for the rest of the nation. I think he really wants to outdo his +1.2% from 2016 to make it look like he has a chance nationally...
