I get that difficulty achieving orgasm is a common issue for women. What I mean is she is the common denominator in that situation, it isn't the fault of the dudes. Which is the implication I get from her tiktok; that she is making a snarky jab at men being unable to satisfy her, rather than stating she has issues with achieving orgasm.

And I wouldn't say its harsh to call it a problem. Difficulty achieving orgasm can be a serious, very frustrating issue and can cause other issues to manifest in a relationship, if it isn't addressed in a productive way.
