Topic	subtle signs someone is a bad cook

Sometimes I make my own sauce, but jarred is so much easier. I think I'm a bad cook because I'm really picky. I don't like most spices, so I don't like cooking with them, either. Also, I'm terrified of underdone meat, so my chicken tends to be dry and/or chewy.
