I don't think the filibuster is an option anymore.

What they need to do is get people in the states of moderate and election-vulnerable Republicans to contact their senators and tell them to fucking wait and let the American people vote.

But I'm not sure there's anything that can be done if after the election when they're voted out, they decide to fuck over the country and lame duck her into the court anyway.
Biden and Harris have REALLY fucked this up by not constantly hammering the drum that, "THEY'RE the ones trying to pack the court! Literally as we speak! We don't want to go down that road, but if Republicans drag us down to it, we'll have no choice."

Right now the narrative is solely that Dems "might" pack the court. Not enough light's been thrown on the fact that Republicans are desperately trying to pack the court literally right now as we speak.
