It is primarily those groups committing a majority of the crimes in certain cities. He is right though, to say it needs to be discussed. Passing a Joe Biden level crime bill wont solve those issues. Prosecuting the shit out of them like Kamala Harris wont solve those issues either. Trying to move jobs, and tell people the economy is great like Trump, definitely isnt going to solve the issue. Im not sure that any politician has an answer for how to transform those crime ridden communities to be honest. The best place to start is the communities themselves, and actually talk to the members of those communities, and get an idea of how life is for them. Help them with quality of life improvements, and things of that nature. People dont turn to crime when theyre happy, and feel safe, and have good things going for them.
