Topic	Cops arrest 15 year old for threatening to shoot up his school

The felony on his record is my biggest concern. Im not entirely sure how it works, since hed be tried as a minor, but to have something like that on your record for the rest of your life (which has major consequences) for something you did at age 15, which may or may not have been nothing but empty words...
