Would they struggle if they replaced Goku or Naruto (at the end of Shippuden)? Maybe. Would they struggle if they replaced the MC in Kuroko no Basketball? Koe no Katachi? Haikyuu!!? Yakusoku no Neverland? Yotsuba? Most shounens aren't Dragonball Z. Battle shounens are a minority in the genre. Please stop using Shounen and DBZ interchangeably.
