It's a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath manufactured home built in 1990, new metal roof 2 years ago. Covered car port, 2 sheds that were both bought within the last 5 years and a wood chicken coop. We are looking to sell and pick up and move, similar to you, trying to find something that needs a bit of work for under 150k up North, and there are a lot of options.
