Ehh...I think it's their way of targeting Pennsylvania (which tends to have a lot of moderate voters who dislike extremists on either side of the aisle). And it's failing miserably. Because once again no one actually believes it outside of the type of people already planning on voting Trump. It's why not only Biden is polling ahead in Pennsylvania, it's that he's polling routinely in the 50+% range.
