Then in 2018 hes able to completely demount that kitchen island which has to be a few hundred pounds. You also see him lift full grown people with one hand very frequently. So dudes got gains. I would say at least 700 pounds Not just a few hundred pounds, but heavily bolted and secured into the floor.
