If there's a postgame dungeon in the PSP collection, maybe? It's not missable you can literally farm 5 of them if you want. It's just the encounter has a 1/68 chance of even appearing and the tail has a 1/256 chance of dropping though there's 5 of them so you get 5 1/256 chances. If you have a large stock of siren / alarm / whatever It's called these days you can guarantee the 1/68 bit and only have to deal with the 1/256 odds which is nice.
