Dont give them a choice. No more opiate-based medicines. Give us safe pain medicine that works and doesnt get you addicted or get you so high that you cant function.

Basically, if there are people who crush it to snort it or melt it to inject it, its officially a narcotic and not a medicine. They can do better.

I don't think such a thing exists and likely won't for awhile. Not that is anywhere near the same level of painkilling.

Opiod absolutely need to exist for hospice and terminally ill patients.

As well as certain other circumstances.

Purdue owners and executives should be on death row or prison though. They encouraged and rewarded over prescricibingm
