People with injuries deserve better than to be given watered down heroin. Dont give them a choice. No more opiate-based medicines. Give us safe pain medicine that works and doesnt get you addicted or get you so high that you cant function. Basically, if there are people who crush it to snort it or melt it to inject it, its officially a narcotic and not a medicine.
