FF8 is given this irreverence that's not really spoken about even though everyone kind of agrees the story falls apart pretty quickly. I think 12 should take that place in peoples minds, it's way better than 8 for my money. 8s story doesnt really fall apart until disk 3 and thats over half way through the game so its not exactly quick that the story takes a nosedive well it actually falls apart at the end of disk 2 with the worlds dumbest plot twist. but thats followed by the garden battle which is the most exciting part of the game so how bad that twist was doesnt sink in until disk 3 --- yusketeer ...
